partner with Environmental Management Partners, LLC (EMP)?
One advantage that EMP is continually creating
is the formation of partnerships with some of the Nation’s top mitigation banking professionals. While Messers Hodge
and Ryan form the nucleus of the company, EMP has formed partnership agreements and works with select partners throughout
the U.S. It is EMP’s belief that, like most real estate ventures, having local talent and expertise is fundamentally
necessary to the success of a mitigation bank. Local mitigation consultants and experts have the ability to source projects
through their network of contacts, know what regions are in need of mitigation banks, will be able to market and sell the
credits after certification is obtained and most importantly they have existing relationships with the regulatory agencies
that will end up comprising the Mitigation Banking Review Team, which is the group that is put together to manage the certification
process. This network of partnerships has allowed EMP to begin sourcing deals throughout the Western U.S., and we like to
have partnerships throughout the entire U.S.
Therefore we would be interested in partnering with top tier mitigation
consultants throughout the U.S.. We feel that we can provide business management, legal support and financing that will allow
the mitigation consultant to pursue mitigation banking opportunities with a fully functioning mitigation banking company supporting
them in the creation of financially successful mitigation banks.
If you are a mitigation consultant and would be
interested in joining us to pursue a specific project you already have targeted, or if you would like to talk with us about
forming a partnership to pursue yet to be found mitigation banking opportunities, we would be interested in talking with you.
Our general parternship outline is to make sure that everyone's incentives are aligned appropriately towards the creation
of financially successful mitigation bank. Therefore we look to create partnerships based on the concept of sharing in the
net profits that a successful mitigation bank will produce; we are not interested in paying salaries or large stipends during
the search or certification process. In most situations we will pay for all expenses associated with the certification and
search process, and include an appropriate stipend to make sure that our partners are able to meet their financial demands
until the mitigation banks begin to show profits.
